Cut the pork loin into finger-sized strips, add an appropriate amount of white wine, pepper, and salt, and marinate for 15 minutes. Then, prepare the tomato sauce: in a bowl, add sugar, white vinegar, salt, starch, tomato sauce, and an appropriate amount of water, and stir well.

Beat the eggs, pour them into the marinated pork strips, and stir well to make the meat strips fully coated with egg liquid. Then, add starch and flour, and stir well to make the meat strips evenly coated.

Pour oil into a pot, heat it, and add the coated pork strips. Fry over low heat until the pork strips become hard and shaped (light yellow in color), then remove them.
