Instructions

Clean the Angler fish, slice the ginger and scallions, and cut the cilantro into sections.

Prepare a pot of clear water, add a spoonful of salt, bring to a boil, and blanch the Angler fish in the boiling water.

Remove the blanched Angler fish and rinse off the yellow and black skin in clear water, then drain the water.

Heat a small amount of oil in another pot, add sliced scallions and ginger to fragrance, then pour in the Angler fish and stir-fry both sides.
