Instructions

1. Step 1

Step 1
Cut several gashes on the chicken wings and blanch them in a pot with cool water, adding an appropriate amount of scallions, ginger, and garlic, as well as a small amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. After the water boils, remove the chicken wings once a layer of foam appears on the surface and drain the water.

2. Step 2

Step 2
Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, and after heating, add the drained chicken wings and fry until they are slightly yellow on both sides. (Immediately cover the pot with a lid after adding the chicken wings to prevent oil from splashing everywhere.)

3. Step 3

Step 3
Now, pour in the prepared cola, just enough to cover the chicken wings. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt, and an appropriate amount of pepper. Stir everything evenly.

4. Step 4

Step 4
Place the cut potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms on top of the chicken wings.

5. Step 5

Step 5
Add more scallions, ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers, stir briefly, cover the pot, and switch to low heat to wait.

6. Step 6

Step 6
Once the potatoes and carrots are cooked and the sauce has some viscosity, switch to high heat, add green peppers, and stir-fry to thicken the sauce.

7. Step 7

Step 7
Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds and add some cilantro before serving.
