Instructions

1. Step 1

Wash the pig skin clean and scrape off the hair, then boil it in water for 3 minutes and remove it.

2. Step 2

In another pot, add the pig skin and flavor packet, then add 2-3 times the amount of water and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes until the pig skin is cooked through, then remove and cut into small pieces for later use.

3. Step 3

Put the carrots, corn, and green beans into the boiling water and blanch them, then remove.

4. Step 4

Add all the ingredients to the broth and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Pour the cooked pig skin and vegetable dices along with the broth into a container, let it cool, then refrigerate to set.

Take out the set pig skin jelly, slice it, and serve. It can be served with a dipping sauce.
