About This Recipe

This Pig Skin Jelly with Vegetables is a savory, nutrient-rich dish that’s both flavorful and satisfying. Tender pig skin is simmered to perfection, creating a collagen-rich broth that sets into a smooth, gelatinous texture. Paired with fresh carrots, sweet corn, and crisp green beans, this dish offers a delightful balance of flavors and textures. The pig skin is first boiled and slow-cooked with aromatic spices, then combined with blanched vegetables for a vibrant finish. Once chilled, the broth transforms into a firm yet melt-in-your-mouth jelly, perfect for slicing and serving cold. Enjoy it as a refreshing appetizer or protein-packed snack, optionally paired with a tangy dipping sauce for extra zest. Easy to prepare and packed with natural goodness, this recipe is a delicious way to enjoy traditional flavors with a healthy twist!
