Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, including a small handful of flour, tomatoes, carrots, and spinach leaves washed clean, and dried wood ears.
2

Step 2
Make the flour balls, since the baby is small, the balls cannot be too large, I use my hands to sprinkle water into the flour, and shake the bowl to form small balls, then use a fine mesh sieve to filter out the excess flour, and cut the larger balls into smaller pieces.
3

Step 3
Chop the wood ears, tomatoes, spinach, and carrots into small pieces for later use.
4

Step 4
Heat a pot and add two drops of olive oil, add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry, then add the wood ears and carrots, add water, and then add the flour balls, finally add the spinach when it’s almost done.
5

Step 5
The finished product looks similar to the granular noodles sold in baby stores, but I feel that it’s always better to make food for the baby myself.
