Instructions

1. Step 1

Wash and blanch the spinach, then chop it into small pieces and place it in a glass cup (you can add a small amount of salt and oil to the water).

2. Step 2

Mix the sesame paste with cooled boiled water, add fragrance oil and salt to taste.

3. Step 3

Cut the carrots into small dices, stir-fry them in a little oil until fragrant, then take them out.

4. Step 4

Top the spinach with the sesame paste sauce, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and carrots, and serve.
