Soak a good beef tenderloin in water for 1 to 2 hours to remove blood.

Gently pound the meat with a rolling pin to loosen it.

Cut the meat into willow-shaped strips.

Add salt and mix well, then pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch, and mix until even. Finally, add 5ml of oil and mix well. Set aside.
