Step 1
Wash the broccoli and remove the old skin, drain and set aside.

Boil water, add a suitable amount of cooking oil, put in the broccoli, blanch for about 1 minute, turn off the heat and simmer for a while, until the broccoli is cooked through, then take it out and put it in the prepared cold water.

Cut the scallions into fine threads, after the broccoli cools down, take it out and arrange it on the plate, sprinkle the scallion threads on top of the broccoli.

Heat a pan with a suitable amount of oil, turn to low heat, add a spoonful of oyster sauce and a suitable amount of seafood soy sauce, stir well, until the oyster sauce melts and slightly bubbles, turn off the heat, pour the sauce directly over the broccoli on the plate.
