Instructions

1. Step 1

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin pieces, marinate with water starch and pepper powder for a while. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin, cut into pieces, and blend into tomato juice in a juicer.

Heat a pot with oil, add the sliced meat and stir-fry until the color turns white, then take it out.

Reheat the pot, add diced scallions, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add tomato juice, hot water, and mushroom sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After the water boils, add the meat slices and bok choy, adjust the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
