Boil water in a pot, blanch the tofu until it is cooked through, then remove and set aside. This step is to remove the beany smell from the tofu.

Heat oil in the pot, add the waxed meat and cook until it is crispy. Add a ladle of broth and cook the waxed meat over high heat until it is cooked through.
