Add the potatoes to the pan and continue stir-frying until they are 80% cooked. Then add the beef particles. If you prefer them well-done, stir-fry for a longer time. If you prefer them rare, stir-fry for a shorter time.

There are two ways to handle the rice. 1. Spread the rice in a bowl and press it flat. (If using leftover rice, heat it up first before placing it in the bowl. You can also use freshly cooked rice directly.) 2. Add the leftover rice to the pan and stir-fry with all the other ingredients. (If using freshly cooked rice, put it in the refrigerator to chill for 15-20 minutes.)

I used method 1, spreading the rice in a bowl and then placing the stir-fried ingredients on top of the rice.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, then place the dish in the oven at 170 degrees, in the middle position, for 15-20 minutes, or until the surface is slightly browned.
