Cut a cross on the top of the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse with cold water, remove the skin, mash and cook in a pot with a small amount of water.

Dice the apple and onion, add them to the pot and continue cooking.

Cut the red bell pepper into dices and add to the pot. When the mixture becomes thick, add some tomato sauce to enhance the flavor.
