Put the frozen chicken feet into a pot of cold water and heat it to remove impurities. You can add some scallions, ginger, and garlic to remove the fishy smell.

After the water boils and the impurities are cooked out, remove the chicken feet and rinse them with cold water to remove the impurities and mucus on the surface.

Remove the tips of the chicken feet. Cut or clip the chicken feet into suitable sizes according to personal preference. You can also cook them whole if you like.

Pour the chicken feet into the pot and add water to cover them.
