About This Recipe
These tender, flavorful braised chicken feet are a savory delight, packed with aromatic spices and a rich umami glaze. Perfect as a snack or appetizer, this recipe starts by blanching the chicken feet to remove impurities, then simmers them in a fragrant blend of soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and a medley of spices—including star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and chili peppers for a subtle kick. The slow braising process ensures the chicken feet absorb all the delicious flavors, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
