Instructions

1. Step 1

Remove the head of the small squid, take out the ink sac and teeth, cut the body into three ring-shaped segments, and drain the water. Peel and slice the garlic and dried scallions.

2. Step 2

Heat the pot with oil, stir-fry the garlic slices until fragrant, add the squid and stir-fry, then add a small amount of salt and light soy sauce. After 10 seconds, add a small amount of water, followed by a small amount of cooking wine, and cover the pot.

3. Step 3

After one minute, open the lid, add the dried scallions, and stir-fry slowly for a few times. The dish is now ready to be served.
