Braised Deer Meat

Braised Deer Meat

This savory stir-fried venison recipe is a delicious way to enjoy tender, flavorful meat with a perfect balance of spices and crisp vegetables. The venison is first soaked and blanched to remove any gaminess, ensuring a clean, rich taste. Stir-fried with fragrant scallions, ginger, and a blend of seasonings—including thirteen spices, soy sauces, and a touch of sugar—it develops a deep, umami-packed flavor. A quick toss with a starch slurry creates a glossy, thick sauce that coats each piece of meat beautifully. Vibrant green and red pepper strips add a fresh crunch and a pop of color, making this dish as visually appealing as it is tasty. Perfect for a hearty meal, this venison stir-fry is a must-try for anyone who loves bold, satisfying flavors with a tender, juicy texture. Quick to prepare yet impressive, it’s ideal for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
