Instructions

1. Step 1

Wash all the vegetables and prepare them for use.

2. Step 2

Cut the pork into slices, cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the cabbage into rectangular blocks, and cut the seaweed into shreds. Place them on a plate and set aside.

3. Step 3

Cut the scallions into shreds and slice the ginger. Set aside.

4. Step 4

Heat oil in a wok, and when the oil is 50% hot, add the pork slices and stir-fry until they change color.

5. Step 5

Add the scallion shreds and ginger slices, then add a small amount of spices, Sichuan peppercorns, and soy sauce. Next, add the cabbage blocks and seaweed shreds, and stir-fry.

6. Step 6

Stir-fry for a while, then add broth, add the tofu blocks, cover the wok, and boil over high heat.

7. Step 7

After about 5 minutes, add monosodium glutamate and sesame oil. Dish out and serve.
