Mix minced meat, cooking wine, ginger, scallion, garlic, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce/oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, stir well and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Wet your hands and shape the meat mixture into small balls, about the size of a tangyuan. You can toss them gently in your hands to make them more compact. I made 30 meatballs.

Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan and coat the meatballs with cornstarch or glutinous rice flour.

Fry the meatballs in batches until they are golden brown.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of tomato sauce, stir well and bring to a boil. Add the tomatoes, carrots, and green beans, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
