About This Recipe

These savory Asian-style meatballs are a mouthwatering blend of juicy minced meat infused with aromatic ginger, garlic, scallions, and a rich umami glaze. The meat mixture is seasoned with sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce, then shaped into tender, bite-sized balls before being lightly coated in cornstarch or glutinous rice flour for a crispy golden fry. The dish is elevated with a vibrant tomato-based sauce, simmered with fresh carrots, green beans, and a touch of sweetness for balance. Served over steamed rice, these meatballs deliver a perfect harmony of crispy texture, succulent meat, and a glossy, flavorful sauce.
