Instructions

Wash and chop the five-flower pork into small pieces, cut the Chinese cabbage into shreds, and soak the rice noodles in boiling water until they are soft.

Heat oil in a wok, add the chopped pork and Chinese cabbage, stir-fry for a while, then add the soaked rice noodles, a small amount of cooking wine, chicken sauce, and delicious soy sauce, continue to stir-fry.

3. Step 3

Continue stir-frying until the noodles are soft, add an appropriate amount of fried onion, stir-fry for a while, and then it can be served. If it feels too dry during the process, a small amount of cooking wine can be added.
