menu_book Directions
1

Step 1
Cut the meat with some fatty meat (can be fried to make it more fragrant) into pieces, wash and drain the bean sprouts, and set aside.
2

Step 2
Prepare scallions, ginger, and garlic (you can add some cilantro if you like, but it’s optional).
3

Step 3
Heat a small amount of oil in the wok, as the fatty meat can release oil when stir-fried. Add the ginger and garlic when the meat is slightly browned, and stir-fry for a while, then add the bean sprouts.
4

Step 4
Add the bean sprouts without adding water, cover the wok, and let the flavor of the bean sprouts simmer away. When the water content of the bean sprouts is reduced, add a small amount of water, season with salt, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
5

Step 5
Before serving, add scallions (and cilantro if using), and stir-fry for a few seconds.
