Braised Potato Beef Brisket

This hearty beef brisket stew is a comforting and flavorful dish perfect for any meal. Tender beef brisket is blanched to remove impurities, then simmered with aromatic ginger, scallions, and star anise for deep, rich flavors. The potatoes, carrots, and onions are stir-fried to caramelized perfection before joining the beef in a savory broth, infused with old soy sauce and a touch of sugar for balance. Slow-cooked for 1.5 hours, the beef becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the vegetables soak up the delicious juices. Finished with a thickened sauce, this stew is a satisfying blend of textures and tastes—sweet, savory, and utterly delicious. Ideal for cozy dinners, this recipe brings warmth and homestyle comfort to your table.
