Instructions

Beat 2 eggs and add a little salt, then stir-fry until they are set. Remove from heat to avoid overcooking.

Boil water with a little salt and oil, then blanch broccoli for 30 seconds to 1 minute after the water reboils.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add sliced carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute. If you prefer softer carrots, add a little water to stew for a while.

Add soaked wood ear mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
