Instructions

1. Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add ginger, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, and marinate for a while.

2. Step 2

Cut the broccoli into similar sizes, boil water in a pot, add broccoli and blanch for 2-3 minutes, then take out and rinse with cold water.

3. Step 3

Heat the pot, add a small amount of olive oil (or edible oil), add ginger and chicken breast, stir-fry until it turns white, add blanched broccoli and stir-fry, add a small amount of salt and serve. If it’s too bland, you can add a small amount of oyster sauce before serving.
