Put the bones in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil, then remove and rinse them to remove the foam. Replace the water in the pot, add the bones, 2 slices of ginger, and 2 drops of vinegar. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 hours. Add more water at once and do not add water during the process.
