Blanch the pork, soak the snow fungus until it’s tender and remove the stem, peel and cut the red carrot into chunks. Soak the dried tangerine peel until it’s soft and remove the white part.

Add all the ingredients to water and simmer over medium-low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours. You can season with salt to taste, or not add any for a naturally sweet flavor.
