Step 1
Wash the asparagus clean, peel off the old stems, and set aside. Prepare a basin of ice water.

Pour clear water into the pot and bring to a boil, add 2 drops of oil, put in the processed asparagus, blanch for 30-40 seconds and remove. Put the asparagus in ice water for a while and then remove and plate.
