Soak dried lily bulbs in warm water until they become fresh, then wash them clean and set aside; wash celery, drain the water, remove the old tendons, lightly pound with the back of a knife and cut into segments for later use;

Marinate the processed shrimp with a small amount of salt, pepper, and cooking wine for about 10 minutes, then sprinkle a small amount of cornstarch and mix well;

Heat the wok, add a large amount of scallion oil, when the oil temperature is about 50%, add the marinated shrimp and quickly stir-fry until the shrimp changes color, then remove from the wok and control the oil;
