Wash and clean the celery, remove the old roots and leaves, cut into minced, ginger and garlic cut into minced, small chili cut into circles for later use.

Heat the wok, add oil, stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the meat paste and stir-fry until scattered.
