Wash and dry the beef, cut it into slices, and marinate with a small amount of salt, sugar, and light soy sauce for 5 minutes. Then, add a small amount of cornstarch and mix well.

Remove the leaves from the celery, wash and cut it into segments about 4cm long.

Heat oil in a hot wok until 70-80% hot, stir-fry garlic slices until fragrant, then add the beef slices and stir-fry until 50% cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Add oil to the wok until 50% hot, use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the wok to avoid burning the residue, then add the celery and stir-fry. Sprinkle a small amount of salt, and after the celery is slightly cooked, add a small amount of water, cover the wok, and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
