menu_book Directions
1

Step 1
Wash the chicken breast and cut off the excess fat and tendons on the edges.
2

Step 2
Pound the chicken breast with the back of a knife to loosen it, then chop it into chicken mince (I used a food processor).
3

Step 3
Add an appropriate amount of starch, cooking wine, salt, half an egg white, five-spice powder, and oyster sauce, and mix well.
4

Step 4
Cut the cheese into small pieces.
5

Step 5
Take a ball of chicken mince, flatten it, place a piece of cheese on it, and wrap it into a ball shape (if you’re afraid of getting your hands sticky, you can apply some oil to your hands first).
6

Step 6
Beat the remaining egg into egg liquid, and dip the wrapped chicken ball into the egg liquid.
7

Step 7
Roll the chicken ball in breadcrumbs.
8

Step 8
Heat oil in a pan to 50% heat, then add the chicken balls.
9

Step 9
Fry until golden brown, remove and drain excess oil, and serve hot.
