Rinse the chicken breast, cut it into strips along the grain, and drain the water for later use.

Add the marinade and marinate for more than half an hour, (I personally bought the Orleans flavor).

Beat the eggs and add flour (starch), fully wrap the chicken.
4. Step 4

Coat with breadcrumbs and let it sit for three minutes, heat the oil in the pot and fry.

Fry until golden brown and drain.
