Instructions

1. Step 1

Cut the beef tenderloin against the grain into strips, clean and cut the scallions into segments, and cut the onions into strips.

2. Step 2

Put the beef strips into a bowl, add egg white, light soy sauce, and cornstarch in appropriate amounts, and mix well. Repeat the mixing process several times, then let it sit for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok, and when the oil temperature rises, add the beef strips and stir-fry quickly until they change color, then remove them from the wok.
