Clams and Napa Cabbage in Cream Sauce

This Stir-Fried Clams with Napa Cabbage is a simple yet flavorful dish that highlights the natural sweetness of fresh clams and crisp cabbage. Using ‘fei ge’ clams—known for their tender texture and briny taste—this recipe ensures a clean, sand-free result by cooking them dry first, preserving their rich juices. The napa cabbage soaks up the savory clam broth, while scallions and ginger add a fragrant depth. Stir-frying the ingredients together creates a perfect harmony of textures, with tender cabbage and succulent clams. Garnished with whole clams in their shells, this dish is as visually appealing as it is delicious. Quick to prepare and packed with umami, it’s a comforting seafood dish that pairs wonderfully with steamed rice. Perfect for a light yet satisfying meal!
