Rinse the chicken wings and cut 2 slashes on the front of each wing, then marinate them in Shaoxing wine with ginger slices for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok over low heat, add the chicken wings and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown.

Pour in cola, making sure the chicken wings are fully submerged. I used a small bottle of cola.
