Marinate the pork hock with cooking wine and ginger for 15 minutes.

Heat the wok without oil, add the pork hock to fry out the oil, add water, scallions, and ginger, bring to a boil and skim off the foam; add an equal amount of cola to the water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes;

Season with salt, sugar, and soy sauce, cook over high heat to reduce the sauce, remove the scallions and ginger, and serve.
