Instructions

Remove the lid of the silken tofu box, then cut a small corner at the bottom of each side to prevent the tofu from breaking when taking it out.

Carefully open the plastic seal on top of the box with a knife, taking care not to damage the tofu. Gently place the tofu on a clean cutting board.

Use a knife to carefully slice the tofu into thin pieces, then use the knife to gently place the tofu slices onto a plate.
