Instructions

1. Step 1

Step 1
First, add 250g of beef ribs, black pepper, and a pinch of salt, then drizzle with olive oil and pan-fry both sides until browned.

2. Step 2

Next, stir-fry 5g of dried chili, 5g of cinnamon, 3g of bay leaves, and 2g of Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant. Add 500g of beef broth, cover with aluminum foil, and roast for 1.5 hours.

3. Step 3

Deep-fry the fried cheese rolls in 70°C hot oil until they form a cylindrical shape. Then, soak 50g of American cranberry in red wine with a little sugar, cook until it becomes a paste, and fill the fried cheese rolls. Serve with fresh rose petals.

4. Step 4

Heat a small pot with olive oil, add beef broth and 30g of American cranberry sauce. Reduce the mixture by one quarter, then season with salt, sugar, and 20g of fresh American cranberries to make the sauce.

5. Step 5

Finally, remove the roasted beef from the oven, place it in a pan, and pan-fry until fragrant. Serve with the fried cheese rolls, small bok choy, and drizzle with the prepared American cranberry sauce.
