Peel the potatoes, cut them into large slices, and place them in a steamer. Steam for about 20 minutes until they are cooked through.

Wash and chop the bell peppers and onions into small pieces. (I used one bell pepper and half an onion, with the amount of onion being about half that of the bell pepper.)

Remove the cooked potatoes from the steamer and mash them into a paste using a spoon.

Add the chopped onions and bell peppers to the mashed potatoes, along with a small amount of salt, just enough to give it a hint of saltiness.
