Cut the cleaned pork tenderloin into strips with equal length and width. Put the pork strips in a bowl and add egg white, cornstarch, and cooking wine in appropriate amounts, and mix well.

Heat oil in a pot over the fire, and when the oil is 80% hot, add the pork strips one by one. Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain the oil.
