Clean the crucian carp, remove the gills, internal organs, and internal membrane, and set aside.

Heat a pot with oil, and fry the fish until it is slightly yellow on both sides.

Slice the radish and set aside, being careful not to slice it too thinly.

Cut the scallions into small segments, slice the ginger, and cut the garlic sprouts into threads, and set aside.

After the fish is fried until slightly yellow on both sides, add cold water, scallions, and ginger, and bring to a boil. Then add the radish slices and adjust to a low flame to simmer for 30 minutes.
