Cumin Roasted Tofu

Cumin Roasted Tofu

This crispy baked tofu recipe is a flavor-packed delight, perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal. Tender tofu is sliced into thick rectangular blocks, then coated in a savory-sweet blend of soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, cumin, chili powder, and pepper salt for a bold, umami-rich taste. The secret? Poking small holes in the tofu helps the seasoning penetrate deeply, while baking at high heat ensures a crispy exterior and tender center. After a quick 15-minute roast, the tofu is flipped, brushed with more sauce, and baked again for extra crispiness. The result? A golden, aromatic tofu with a perfect balance of spice and nuttiness—ideal as a protein-rich snack, salad topper, or main dish. Easy to make and bursting with flavor, this baked tofu is a must-try for vegans and food lovers alike!
