Instructions

1. Step 1

Step 1
Wash the vegetables clean, cut the potatoes into cubes, tear the peppers open by hand, cut the cowpeas and celery into long segments, and cut the beef into 1cm particles.

2. Step 2

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry the scallions and ginger, add the beef particles and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then pour in water.

3. Step 3

Cook the beef until it is 80% cooked, then pour the beef and broth into a bowl for later use.

4. Step 4

Put oil in the pot again, stir-fry the celery and cowpeas until they are soft, then pour in the beef and broth, add soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

5. Step 5

Add the peppers and potatoes, and cook until the potatoes are done, then add chicken essence and serve.

6. Step 6

Add more soy sauce, no need to add salt.
