Step 1
Clean the large shrimp, remove the head, shrimp whiskers, feet, and reserve the tail. Cut open the back to 2/3 of the shrimp meat, remove the shrimp intestines and shrimp line. Use the back of the knife to tap a few times to split the shrimp in half.

Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine and salt for 10 minutes. For garlic butter roasted shrimp: mix garlic, butter, olive oil, and a pinch of salt, and apply evenly to the shrimp meat. Then sprinkle some carrot particles on top. For cheese baking: sprinkle black pepper and thyme, apply garlic sauce (garlic, olive oil, salt) evenly, and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.

Preheat the oven and baking tray, put both types of shrimp in the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 6 minutes, take out and sprinkle scallions, continue baking for 2 minutes. When the time is up, take out the shrimp and serve, a beautiful double-flavored large shrimp dish is ready!
