Instructions

Cut the beef into small cubes and add a small spoon of salt and sugar.

Add black pepper powder, cooking wine, and cornstarch.

Add corn oil and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes.

Wash the dried scallops.

Cut them into small pieces similar to the beef.

Also cut the red and green peppers into small pieces.

Heat the wok, add oil, and pour in the marinated beef.
