Cut the potatoes into thick slices, the onions into chunks, the hang peppers, garlic sprouts, and coriander into segments, and the garlic into slices.

Fry the potatoes in hot oil until they turn golden yellow.

Heat the pot, add a small amount of oil, then add red 99 and fragrant fish sauce, followed by the cut garlic, onions, hang peppers, and garlic sprouts, stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant, then add the fried potato slices and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, finally add chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, old soy sauce, and cumin powder, and a small amount of water, stir-fry until even, and serve, sprinkled with coriander.
