- garlic 1 clove (5g)
- vinegar 1 tbsp (15ml)
- fragrant oil 1 tsp (5ml)

Step 1
Soak the jellyfish in clean water and wash it, then rinse with clean water for 2 times.

Cut the cleaned jellyfish into shreds (thicker parts need to be sliced and then cut into shreds), and put the shredded jellyfish into clean water for another 2 rinses.

Wash and chop the cilantro, peel and wash the garlic, put half a small spoon of salt into the garlic press, and crush the garlic, then add a large spoon of aged vinegar.

In a large bowl, put the cleaned jellyfish shreds, pour in the garlic vinegar mixture, add fragrant oil and essence, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
