Cut the tofu into small strips and blanch in water for later use. Choose soft tofu, which may be called different names in different places, such as inner fat tofu, white jade tofu, or soft tofu, as long as it is soft and has no smoky smell.

Cut the carrots into fine strips and the dried pork into shreds.

Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, stir-fry the pork shreds until they change color, add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, then add the carrot strips and stir-fry briefly, and add boiling water to boil.
