Instructions

Wash the pork belly and cut it into thin slices, then place them in a large bowl. Add marinade ingredients and mix well. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Wash and clean the green and red peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into strips. Wash and chop the scallions, slice the ginger, and cut the onions into strips. Soak the fermented soybeans in cooking wine to soften them.

Heat a wok and add a thin layer of oil. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until they are crispy and fragrant, then remove them from the wok.
